"I recently switched to Brian Baldwin Insurance with State Farm a few months ago, and my experience has been frustrating and disappointing. With the new State Farm system changes, I was informed that I could no longer make a single payment, but getting information on how I should be paying has been the biggest challenge to get clear direction on. When I reached out to ask how to make payments under the new system, the agent, Jenikka, read a document that didn’t answer my question. This left me confused and without the information I needed. Additionally, I noticed a significant rate increase. While I understand that insurance rates fluctuate, I asked why it had gone up so much. Jenikka seemed unsure but mentioned that credit scores were involved. However, when I asked whose credit score was being used, she couldn’t provide a clear answer and gave inconsistent information about whether it was a combination of scores or just the oldest driver in the home. When I tried to clarify, she told me it wasn’t relevant and asked to move on. To make matters worse, I was advised not to make a payment for 1.5 months while they figured out my new payment amount. Despite following their advice, I received three cancellation notices and a reinstatement notice. When I called back to understand what was happening, Jenikka seemed increasingly frustrated with my questions, and I felt she didn’t have a clear understanding of the new system herself. After thanking her for her patience, I politely asked if I could speak to someone else who might be able to explain things more clearly. Unfortunately, she said no one else would be able to help me. I overheard her say, “she wants to speak to anyone but me," and then another woman in the office started loudly complaining that she didn’t have time to deal with my concerns, that she had someone else in front of her, and suggested I send another email. I had sent emails but they didn’t seem to address what I was inquiring so that’s why I was hopeful a human interaction via phone call would be most effective to quickly resolve the matter. But then yhe call was then abruptly disconnected. This experience made it clear to me that this agency does not prioritize customer care. I would caution others to consider this before choosing Brian Baldwin Insurance for your State Farm needs."

"What a breath of fresh air! The Baldwin Agency is professional, and gets down to the point without the usual insurance jargon. I have afriend that recently had a condo fire and a car accident andd was covered by State Farm. He said that State Farm was OUTSDTANDING! I will be switching all of my insurance needs to State Farm. The plus is the amount of savings over my existing policies. Robbie ans Brian are just great folks! Don Bezek Sr."

"I moved over to State Farm (Brian Baldwins office) about 6 months ago and this has by far been the best insurance experience I have ever had! Audrey Czyzewicz has educated me on the options for my home owners and auto insurance policies and even ended up saving me some money! She is quick in her response time, accessible to answer questions and knowledgeable in her field (which unfortunately is hard to find these days).
